What are the variations between APA and MLA annotated bibliographies?

There is a slight variation in the way annotations are positioned in both the writing styles. In APA, the annotation begins from a new line and is 2 spaces right of the indent. On the other hand, in MLA, the annotation begins on same line as the source and remains 1 hanging indent.
